No Holds Barred ATT Uverse Report

After some time with Comcast and 4 with Roadrunner, my family decided it was time try a new service. I was sick of continually paying more per month for less with cable and wanted to see what other options were available. Cable definitely isnt trying very hard when it comes to HD channels. I skipped Satellite and tried outAT&T U-verse.

My service was done alright and at first, I couldnt have been . The only problem at that point was that sales sold me sports channels that never showed them. Everything was blacked out. Lo and behold this is pretty common.

For the next 2 months, I had stellar signals and new channels and features added regularly. The we got DVR. I had an issue with a tv & the dvr. I waited a while to call customer support. And when I did, things started not going well.

After many hours on the phone with a customer sevice rep, I had started and made updates to the receiver and my home gateway many times. After this, my service was sketchy and constantly dropping. He then scheduled an date for some time later with a technician. The repairman arrived and diagnosed numerous errors which he fixed. I was unsure that everything was fixed for good but relieved that I had my service back.
